We're looking for an experienced Communications professional to bring their expertise in to provide leadership and support on a range of communication activities.

You'll be working with a broad range of government and community stakeholders to ensure ongoing reporting at a project and program level of interim benefits and long-term outcomes for communities in Western Sydney.

The West Invest Program Office

:


The WestInvest Program Office is partnering with community organisations, local councils and NSW Government Agencies to deliver $5 billion of transformational infrastructure projects across Western Sydney, home to one of the fastest growing and most diverse populations in the nation. WestInvest will be delivered on the traditional lands of the Darkinjung, Darug, Dharawal, Gundungurra, Tharawal and Wangal peoples. Projects include new parks and gardens, better walking and cycling tracks, youth hubs, libraries, pools, schools and exciting new sporting precincts to better connect communities and benefit every section of the diverse Western Sydney community.

This role is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of communications and engagement strategies to support the implementation of the WestInvest Program.

  • You're eager to make a difference to the communities of Western Sydney
  • You have experience managing the communications for simultaneous, complex and multidimensional projects with competing demands and within an environment of political sensitivities and constraints.
  • You have track record of building and maintaining key relationships with a range of government and community stakeholders.
  • Appropriate teritary qualifications or demonstrated relevant professional experience and training.

Salary

:

Clerk Grade 11/12. Package includes base salary ($134,411 - $155,445) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
