Australian College of Professional Studies (APCS) is recognised as a quality provider of a broad range of courses across, Vocational Education and Training, in the western region of Melbourne.
Primary Objectives
Dependability, responsibility, and consistency in performance when performing the below tasks.
- Actively markets and promotes ACPS to prospective domestic students.
- Turns at least 35% of the leads into actual enrolments (KPI).
- Plan and implement a high conversion rate strategy (converting students from lead to actual enrolments)
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Efficient administrative processes including guiding pretraining review, LLN quiz, enrolment forms, and preparing training plan.
- Maintenance of accurate and uptodate records of enrolment inquiries, and applicant inquiries commencements.
- Facilitate a smooth class commencement by providing students with appropriate induction, stepbystep login in Microsoft teams, and studentfriendly onboarding facilitation.
Key Accountabilities
- Promotes upcoming qualification enrolment periods through different methods and ensures enrolment and admission process is clearly explained to all stakeholders
- Share student's success stories to encourage enrolment
- Maintains and manages enrolment waiting lists and coordinates group enrolments
- Provides students with relevant information that explains what is involved in completing accredited training and assessments including course outlines, fee schedule, learner handbook, and other resources before enrolment
- Allocate students to Trainer/Assessors, in consultation with the Training Manager
- Liaises with ACPS managers of staff enrolling in qualifications to keep them abreast of the enrolment process and study progress.
- Engages students and connects them to support the establishment of student study groups through yammer and other means of communication, to support successful completion
- Accurately captures student data in VETrak and other RTO systems
Administration
- Manages the central RTO mailbox and all inquiries are responded to promptly and appropriately
- Maintains accurate student records
- Arranges graduation events to celebrate and promote successful completion of qualifications, arranging speakers, gifts, room booking, and catering.
- Strong documentation skills. Ensure enrolment documents are version controlled, with outofdate materials archived, electronic filing systems easy to use and document naming and saving protocols followed.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of ACPS
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Values Required

Minimum of two years of administration and enrolment experience in complex environments
