The Company
The Iconic and award winning Little Sparrow Café has opened its second store in Sydney located at Westfield Hornsby. We are in search of Baristas / Allrounders to be part of a small team.

Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand located in many states of Australia.

We offer our specialty award winning roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes in conjunction with our fabulous pastries and handmade sandwiches.

The Role:

As a Café All Rounder, reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties may include

Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
Serving customers and using the tills
Engaging with your team and customers alike

Skills & Experience:

Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
Previous experience in café ( 1 Year )
Coffee making experience at least ( 1 year )
