Are you a Contract Cleaner looking to expand your job portfolio?

Clean Green Strata (CGS) is currently seeking experienced Contract Cleaners to undertake on-site cleaning activities in accordance with client specifications in the
Penrith, NSW areas.

$300 Sign on bonus

If you are successful we'll pay you $300 cash. Come and work for a great company with great rates & conditions._

To be successful in this role you must have previous cleaning experience either in the strata, commercial or domestic environment, together with:

Must have own cleaning equipment: backpack vacuum & own commercial cleaning products
Must have ABN
Must have Public liability insurance
Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
Must be able to use and have an iPhone or an android
Must have a current driver's license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety
