The Opportunity


Our QLD Operations team is embarking on an exciting period with the delivery of multiple EPC contracts in metropolitan and regional Queensland, including the Ulinda Park BESS & Substation, Greenbank BESS and Brendale BESS & Substation.

Each of these industry leading projects will play an important role in helping the state achieve its renewable energy targets and ensure that households and businesses have access to reliable and affordable clean energy.


As one of CPP's Leading Hands you will perform electrical construction as well as have leadership accountability for a team of trade-qualified electrical workers and trade assistants.

You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage renewable energy projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future.

Skills and Experiences:

About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess:
QLD Electrical License & White Card
Minimum of 5 years experience working as an electrician in either an industrial or commercial setting (not residential)
Demonstrated experience leading various trades
Sound knowledge of the electrical industry and the ability to coordinate and schedule site activities
Positive and proactive attitude towards safety
Experience in HV construction and substations
