ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in West Perth. The Office Manager supports all day-to-day functions of the office and our busy reception function and team.

The Office Manager will also support our Directors and General Managers, assist with preparing reports and presentations, planning, and preparing events and meetings as needed.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office, assisting with the effective and smooth running of the office.
  • Managing the office calendar; coordinating internal & external meeting schedules.
  • Ensure all systems, registers, filing (both electronic & paperbased) are maintained and up to date.
  • Coordinating any office or corporate functions / events, including Business Expos.
  • Various general office & secretarial duties including writing manager's meetings agenda's, taking minutes, and developing and presenting corporate presentations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant experience in a similar role as an Office Coordinator/Manager or EA
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing a team desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • A well organised, processorientated, and positive approach
