Craig & Rhodes, a leading Engineering, Surveying and Planning consulting firm, is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join their team in their modern offices in the heart of Rhodes - close to public transport and shopping.

In this role you will report directly to the Office Manager and undertake a range of duties, including:

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Assisting with a range of general administrative tasks within the office, such as assisting with preparing documents and tenders, invoicing etc.
  • Coordination of stationery orders, travel bookings, training courses and office amenities supplies etc.
  • Assist with general maintenance of the office facilities.

You will possess the following attributes:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Previous relevant experience in a Reception and Administrative support role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, typing (40+ wpm) and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both within a team and individually.
