West Perth location - bus stops right outside the door- Tier 1 Mining and Oil & Gas Clients

Baseline Onsite has been providing Security, Medical, Rescue and Safety services to the mining, marine and energy industries since 2010.
Our offices are operated by industry professionals who understand the challenges of remote area work and the important role that our personnel play in maintaining a safe and productive work site.
Mobilisation Coordinator to assist in a fast-paced environment within a growing team.
This position is full time Monday-Friday with 1 day work from home arrangement with reasonable overtime when required for clients.
Recent experience within a mobilisation team at a large resource company or a security, emergency response company will be a distinct advantage.
About the Role
- Managing mobilisation of employees including arrangements for all travel and accommodation
- Maintain rostering ensuring accuracy for input and communications
- Manage onboarding process prior to personnel site attendance
- Booking medicals and training as per Baseline Onsite and client requirements
- Compiling and auditing new employee documentation including qualifications and certificates
- Recruitment administration support including reference checks, CV Synopsis, letters of employment and other related HR information
- Implementing employee engagement strategies through various channels
- Maintain regular communication with our site teams, employees and talent pools
- Assisting with general recruitment and administration duties
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role
- A strong attention to detail and success in a highvolume environment
- Knowledge of Emergency Response and Mining Industry an advantage
- Knowledge of large resource company travel booking system an advantage
- Experienced level of software skills for Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks
- Ability to demonstrate strong drive, output and flexibility
- Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
