We are proud partners of a highly reputable Bank, who are looking for experienced Customer Service Professionals to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis.

We are seeking highly motivated customer focused individuals, who are keen to learn and develop their career in Banking

Your working day

You will provide outstanding service and support regarding personal banking products
You will use your firstclass customer service skills and excellent problemsolving capabilities to offer a first call resolution

What we are looking for:

Previous customer service experience within Banking, Financial Services or a highly regulated industry contact centre or Branch
Previous experience in a contact centre environment
Experts in providing first class service, going above and beyond for every customer
Confident individuals who can have consultative conversations and understand banking products
Excellent phonebased communication skills and strong problemsolving ability is a must
High attention to detail, customer service focus, willingness to learn and ability to work with policies and processes
