Responsible for overseeing and managing complaints and disputes, and leading a team of Complaints Specialists for a life insurer.

Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage customer complaints and disputes within SLAs
  • Lead and manage a team of Complaints Specialists
  • Provide monthly reporting on all disputes
  • Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. AFCA) regarding complaints and disputes

Key requirements:


  • Strong experience in complaints and dispute handling
  • Experience in life insurance and/or financial services
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Leadership and management experience
