About the company
Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Hobart, Tasmania, embarking on multiple Systems & Technology projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract basis. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the successful delivery of these projects successfully.

Key Deliverables:

End to end process mapping for Asset Management Systems supporting this product
Testing and adoption of the product
Data sharing and scheduling
Supporting the key deliverables of the project roadmap
Documentation and training materials supporting the status of these projects

This role will:

Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
Liaise between various business departments and groups.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
Create or maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
Collaborate with Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams.
Maintain document management platforms for projects.

Skills & experience

Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
The ability to work in a project environment to achieve required outcomes
Highly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills to work with multiple diverse stakeholders
Experience testing and facilitating user acceptance testing for digital products
