JBS Brooklyn, located 15 minutes West of Melbourne's CBD are currently seeking Labourers and Meat Production workers who are eager to take the first step towards a career in the meat processing industry.

You're hard working and reliable with a can do attitude and looking for an opportunity for full time employment with ongoing training and support.

Adaptable to a fast paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality.


_As a General Labourer/Meat Production worker you will __h_ave experience or be eager to train and work in various areas of our meat processing plant. Be comfortable working in production environment, boning room or slaughter floor. And handling raw meat and animal bi products. Learn and perform labouring duties such as trimming, packing, weighing, labelling, machine operating, manual handling and cleaning.


_About you:
_

  • Available for Full time employment, Monday to Friday
  • Available for a AM shift, onsite at 4.30am
  • Flexible to work either 9.5hour shift with a rotating rostered day off or 7.6hour shift
  • Have reliable transport (there is no public transport in the area for the morning shift)
  • Willing to undergo preemployment medical and Q Fever immunisation
  • Reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
