    Description

    What your days will look like:

    • Support the Store Manager and fellow management team in all areas of the business
    • Meet regular targets for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth
    • Prioritise customers and a great customer experience
    • Lead by example and communicate management expectations
    • High volume stock management
    • Responsible for entire department visual merchandising/store presentation
    • Reflect store visions and company values
    • Have fun

    What we're looking for from you:

    • Proven store retail leadership experience
    • High volume retail sales and stock management experience
    • Leadership of 15+ team members
    • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
    • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
