Our goal at the HCC is to educate and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health, ultimately promoting better health outcomes through evidence-based clinical practices.
Over time, the HCC has expanded its services, offering assistance through phone lines and online platforms like 13 HEALTH and 13 QUIT.
