This role presents a significant opportunity for a 2-6 PAE lawyer to join one of Australia's leading competition practices.Role Working as part of a tight knit team you will be advising clients on a full range of competition regulatory law issues.
You will be involved in cartel and anticompetitive conduct investigations and litigation, ACCC immunities, authorisations, and notifications of contracts affecting competition.
You will have the opportunity to work across a number of partners and senior lawyers. The partners represent Commonwealth and State agencies in some of their most significant cases.They also represent businesses and company directors in dealings with the ACCC and ASIC, including in defending court proceedings and in civil and criminal prosecutions.
They also have extensive merger clearance, authorisation, adjudication, mediation and arbitration experience.Benefits The firm offers top of the market salary packages, first rate development and support.
