    About the Role In this role you will advise a wide range of clients from large corporations right throughtosmaller clients, on all aspects of employment/workplace relations law.

    The role will see you work on matters including employment contracts, restraints of trade, unfair dismissal claims, workplace bullying & harassment and general protections claims.

    Your immediate Workplace Team will comprise a Senior Associate Solicitor, Solicitor and Senior Legal Assistant and is part of our broader Business & Workplace Team.

    This is a wonderful opportunity for an Employment Lawyer seeking to work within a great team, with a busy and interesting caseload assisting both employers and employees.

    The team has strong referral relationships generating quality leads which is supported with online marketing.

    Paid initial consultations are booked by our support team with Employment Lawyers to then provide initial advice, next steps and costs to proceed.

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    we are looking for an Associate Solicitor with approximately 3+ years PQE specifically in employment/workplace relations law, hit the ground running with employment law matters, excellent technical legal skills, a strong desire to grow your practice and be a contributor to the firm's success and to deliver an exceptional client experience, the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-level attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain positive client, team member and referral relationships, and the ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
