They are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join the ever expanding team as an Account Manager/ Inside Sales Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and overseeing sales activities.

Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their needs and requests promptly and providing an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and execute strategies to maximise revenue growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives, while effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management or inside sales is highly desirable, however customer service experience transitioning into an account manager role would also be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all clients and diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
