Introduction:
Powertech Resourcing is a multidisciplinary commissioning organisation providing services to the energy and resources sectors throughout Australia.
- 11month duration (30/01/2 22/12/23)
- 10 hour days
- FIFO arrangement
- 5/2 Roster

- Working with supervisors for the collection and filings (both hard and soft) of quality, safety and procedural documentation.
- Attending site meeting to take minutes and actions for distribution to stakeholders.
- Arranging and Vetting site access for project personnel.
- Maintaining project logs.
- Capturing site attendance of project personnel including hours, reconciliation of hours to work orders, project reporting (to the Project Manager).
- Updating noticeboards with relevant safety and environment literature as required.
- Attending to customer queries and requests while ensuring the clients requirements are met.
- Liaising with Project Manager/Leads on the logístical requirements for current and new projects ensuring that our systems are correctly set up from quote to final invoicing.
- Approving Time and Expenses.
- Ensuring all resource scheduling is current and accurate.
- Maintaining various registers and spreadsheets appropriate for each Project.
- Purchasing materials for internal and external projects including raising purchase orders.
- Utilising operations support to ensure smooth operations within the projects you are administrating.
- Assist with administering all personnel site requirements including inductions, travel, training, medicals and client documentation/system.
- In order to comply with the Government Directions and/or Client Site requirements, workers will be required to show evidence of having had their COVID19 vaccine.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as a willingness to learn our inhouse software system and work with this daily.
- Knowledge of computer systems such as the Google Suite (sheets, docs, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet), Chromebooks and Ellipse is advantageous.
- Previous experience with a FIFObased workforce is desirable.
- Worked with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Pronto, etc.) desirable.
- Previous experience in a busy administrative and operational support role, ideally within a services or logistics environment is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- A practical and wellorganised approach with a proven ability to multitask.
- Competent to work in a highpressure environment alongside the project managers in the business.
