The Role


Covetrus is a global animal health organization providing a range of integrated services which drive improved clinical and financial outcomes for vets and pet owners.

Animal Industries Resource Centre (AIRC) RTO 31424, a member of the Covetrus group, is an industry leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in qualifications for the veterinary industry.


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO professional to join our dynamic team as Student Services Coordinator (Enrolments & Traineeships) in a permanent, full time role based in our pet friendly Northgate office.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Coordination of client support relating to training program, traineeships, tuition fees, as well as archiving, compliance & records management.
  • Issuing invoices for course fees, receipting of payments and debtor follow up.
  • Maintaining student information including personal information, timetables, completion of qualifications, issuing of qualifications.
  • Managing compliance and enrolment systems through effective document control and archiving.
  • Assisting with government funding across multiple states.
About You

To be successful you will have;

  • Minimum of two years' previous experience in an RTO administrative team leader environment.
  • Experience working with the student management system Axcelerate advantageous
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or VET sector experience advantageous.
  • Intermediate to Advanced use of Microsoft software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A driven attitude to achieve results and operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • A customer service approach, ensuring professionalism is maintained at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills.
