    Description

    Summary

    • MARS Recruitment are excited to be partnered with a rapidly growing asset management organisation who are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts in the B2B space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through SEO, social media, SEM, and eDM strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing initiatives for the company and specific business areas.
    • Assist in the development and execution of new product campaigns across our subsidiaries.
    • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimise strategies.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Support the Marketing team with general marketing activities, including event coordination and content creation.

    Successful Candidates Will Have

    • Degree qualifications in communications, marketing, or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a financial environment.
    • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
    • Familiarity with website platforms such as Framer or equivalent.
    • Experience in event coordination, including online event tools like Eventbrite.
    • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe InDesign would be beneficial.
    • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.
