Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering and design team,
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Sustainability has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by engineering and design team,
- Ensure that the engineering team members follow Worley management system as well as any accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications,
- Coordinate delivery of multidiscipline scope of work across all teams,
- Drive innovation/fit for purpose approach,
- Drive effective working relationship with client, project management team and the engineering team.
- Provide structure and discipline for the team,
- Provide support to the engineering team to understand and manage engineering schedule and budget.
About you:
- Multidisciplinary engineering management experience
- A recognized and relevant engineering degree
- RPEQ or RPEV registration
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an integrated team and coordinate internal engineering team as well as client expectations,
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and nurture client relationships.
