Responsibilities

Lead the engineering and design team,
Ensure Health, Safety, and Sustainability has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by engineering and design team,
Ensure that the engineering team members follow Worley management system as well as any accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications,
Coordinate delivery of multidiscipline scope of work across all teams,
Drive innovation/fit for purpose approach,
Drive effective working relationship with client, project management team and the engineering team.
Provide structure and discipline for the team,
Provide support to the engineering team to understand and manage engineering schedule and budget.

About you:

Multidisciplinary engineering management experience
A recognized and relevant engineering degree
RPEQ or RPEV registration
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an integrated team and coordinate internal engineering team as well as client expectations,
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and nurture client relationships.
