Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering and design team,
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Sustainability has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by engineering and design team,
  • Ensure that the engineering team members follow Worley management system as well as any accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications,
  • Coordinate delivery of multidiscipline scope of work across all teams,
  • Drive innovation/fit for purpose approach,
  • Drive effective working relationship with client, project management team and the engineering team.
  • Provide structure and discipline for the team,
  • Provide support to the engineering team to understand and manage engineering schedule and budget.

About you:


  • Multidisciplinary engineering management experience
  • A recognized and relevant engineering degree
  • RPEQ or RPEV registration
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an integrated team and coordinate internal engineering team as well as client expectations,
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and nurture client relationships.
