Piccolo Me Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and exceptional manager to join our team at our new cafe location in Horsley Park.
Role and Responsibility- Working in FOH role
- Customer service and dealing with complaints
- Preparing shift schedules
- Training new staff members
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe area is in line with current health regulation standards
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must have flexible availability
- Be a team player and a good communicator
- Have passion for producing great customer service

Pay:
$49, $75,579.22 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
