We are currently looking for an experienced

Client Support Consultant to join our Support team, servicing our Private Wealth clients. This role will offer you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of investments with your passion for client service, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

With a flair for technology and a natural aptitude to take ownership of resolving queries, you will be the first point of contact to our private wealth clients, responding to a diverse range of queries across products, processes and services.

Taking inbound calls and responding to client requests through Jira, you will resolve issues collaboratively with our internal Operations, Distribution and Technology teams.

You will also contribute to the enhancement of our products and services as an advocate of our brand and value proposition.

This role has been the pathway to many other specialised opportunities at Praemium within investments and technology for our existing staff and is a great starting point for a long career within us


Core activities will include:


  • Ensure all client calls and requests are answered and case managed with care and in a timely manner
  • Monitor client request through our ticketing system Jira
  • Build relationships and set expectations with our advisers and clients
  • Support our advisers with navigating and transacting on our platform
  • Liaising closely with your teammates in Investment Admin & Support and internal stakeholders daily
  • Problem solve and process review to continuously improve and innovate what we do

Experience, qualifications and attributes sought after:

  • Proven client relationship management skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service within the financial services industry
  • Strong prior knowledge of investments
  • Experience in triaging incoming requests and highlighting trends in customer queries
  • Previous Jira or ticketing system experience favourable
  • A strong and exacting verbal and written communication skill set
  • Experience working to SLA's
  • Possess a selfstarting and problemsolving mindset
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working in an agile environment
  • A tertiary qualification and/or being RG146 compliant is desirable
