About the Role
- Full Time, Permanent position available
- CSD level 4 from $88,840 $92,872 pa prorata +Salary Packaging + Super
- Located in Liverpool Head to Health
Overview of the position
Lead the Peer Support workers to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team consisting of mental health clinicians, mental health registered nurses, medical officers and consultant psychiatrists.
What will you bring to the role?
- Lived experience of mental illness, mental health crisis or caring for someone living with a mental illness and demonstrated experience of recovery
- Experience of the public or private mental health system
- Proven experience at managing teams within the area of community service delivery or providing supervision
- Mental Health Qualification: It is a requirement of the Wellbeing Practice Lead position that you hold, and provide Neami evidence of, a Mental Health (or equivalent Human Services, Community Services) qualification of Certificate IV level or above
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the recovery model
- People with lived experience and/or Aboriginal background are strongly encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of complex mental health and drug and alcohol issues

Mandatory role requirements:
- National Criminal History Check (Police check) disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children check prior to commencement
