Our client seeks a proficient Data Analyst who can effectively examine data from various sources, pinpointing opportunities for revenue, process, and business enhancement.

Additionally, the Data Analyst should furnish the business with fresh insights and information to aid in planning, continuous improvement, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret complex data using statistical techniques to solve business problems, identify trends and patterns, and generate insights.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Collect, maintain, filter, and clean data to ensure accuracy and quality, using best practices and industry standards.
Create reports, visualizations, and recommendations in the appropriate format to answer business problems and ensure clarity for the target audience.
Identify new process improvement opportunities to support continuous improvement and business outcomes.
Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and issue management to meet deliverables.
Advise stakeholders on ways to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data products and services.

Key challenges/capabilities

Respond to information and advice requests, balancing competing demands to achieve objectives.
Provide concise advice and determinations in a dynamic and complex environment, considering users' understanding of data analysis products.

Essential requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Science, Actuary, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, or equivalent experience
