Procedures Analyst

Your Role:
As a Procedures Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing our migration services and procedures, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
You will analyse current systems, implement best practices, and collaborate with the team to identify and develop solutions for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve migration services and procedures
- Analyse and optimise business processes, including client relationship management systems and documentation
- Increase team output and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement staff support and communication structures
- Drive business process improvements and innovation
- Manage workflow resource allocations and performance standards
- Ensure adherence of internal organisational processes to legislation, policy, and OMARA Code of Conduct, under the supervision of the Registered Migration Agents
- Collaborate with the Director, Registered Migration Agents, and other team members to devise and implement effective solutions
- Mitigate risk of staff deviating from procedures
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align process improvements with organisational goals
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Superior English and Portuguese language skills
- Spanish language skills desirable
- At least two years of experience improving organisational methods and procedures
- Knowledge of Australian migration legislation
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Salary Information:
The salary for this position ranges from AUD 65,000 to 75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
