Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our Newcastle Operations team on a permanent basis.
The role of Welding Supervisor will see you working on one of our major sites in Newcastle.

As the Welding Supervisor, you will oversee daily work crew activities, coordinate with the customer to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and oversee your crew's completion of part 5 welding to overhead gantry cranes and structures.

What you will bring

Minimum 3 years' experience as a tradebased Supervisor
Australian recognised Trades qualification
Boilermaker or Heavy Fabrication
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
Open Drivers Licence
Proof of Right to Work in Australia
