Full-time fixed term role for 6 months- Parking onsite
- Free morning tea is provided everyday
The Role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with filling/scanning any required documents
- Draft internal or external correspondence
- Data entry
- Coordinate interviews as required
- Diary management
- General adhoc duties where required
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Experience working in HR or a strong administration background
- Confident on all Microsoft packages
- Openminded, cando attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities at once
