Sales Assistant - Australian Fashion Brand - Chapel St


The company

The opportunity has come to join one of Australia's most sophisticated and known menswear retailers now Offering customers designs and products of the highest quality.

We are looking for a phenomenal retailer to join the sucess at Chapel St.


The position

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Manager and be responsible for all daily operations of the store mainly including, sales, kpis, training of new staff, stock and VIP listings.

You will come from a menswear or strong fashion background and be highly passionate and dedicated to the industry.

Stepping into this role you will see yourself coaching other sales consultants to success while building your strong and promising career within an Australian leading and premium retailer.

A strict background of structured in a similar retailer and proven history of driving sales and reaching goals will be your number one bragging moment of your career.


Skills and experiences

  • Previous Retail Experience within fashion, ideally menswear
  • Working with kpis and budgets
  • The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
  • Great knowledge on market fashion trends
  • Wellpresented presentation
  • Stock experience, rosters and coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build client listings and form forever relationships
  • Consultative selling approach
