Position available:


As a Receptionist, you are expected to be an active member of a team that provides high-quality customer service and support that is consistent with the company philosophy.


Selection Criteria:

  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and systems
  • Customer service and sales skills
  • Cando attitude
  • Team player
  • Relationshipbuilding skills
  • Database management
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • The Role:
  • Customer relationship management
  • Manage administration records and databases
  • Engage and administer all forms of enrolments and waitlists and casual booking
  • Greeting all families and visitors
  • Liaise with families on administration issues
  • Provide administration support to the business
