Opportunity to develop your Transaction Management career

Here's what you'll focus on:


  • Provide strategic management oversight for insourcing and outsourcing services.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive results which support business objectives, process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers.
  • Establish performance objectives for outsourced staff and develop competitive performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Maintain and manage risk mitigation plans including Disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Manage program governance for outsourced activities, including RFP processes, supplier qualification, contract negotiation and execution.

Your background:


  • Tertiary qualifications in a Property related field advantageous.
  • Experience in Transaction Management and developing outsourcing strategies for clients.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and or experience in Program or Project Management with Property/Real estate experience preferred.
