Opportunity to develop your Transaction Management career

Here's what you'll focus on:

Provide strategic management oversight for insourcing and outsourcing services.
Partner with business leaders to drive results which support business objectives, process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery.
Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers.
Establish performance objectives for outsourced staff and develop competitive performance benchmarks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Maintain and manage risk mitigation plans including Disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage program governance for outsourced activities, including RFP processes, supplier qualification, contract negotiation and execution.

Your background:

Tertiary qualifications in a Property related field advantageous.
Experience in Transaction Management and developing outsourcing strategies for clients.
Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
Qualifications and or experience in Program or Project Management with Property/Real estate experience preferred.
