  • As a Maintenance Gardener you'll deliver a high standard of gardening and maintenance services. Reporting to the Facilities Management Coordinator, you will perform garden maintenance and general maintenance at our locations within IRT The Ridge in Maleny.

Your work may include:

  • Plant selection and planting
  • General plant, gardens and lawn care
  • Removal of leaves, pruning and weeding
  • Application of fertilizers and mulches
  • Using tools and equipment in a safe manner to complete works
  • Undertake general maintenance duties as required

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in landscaping or horticulture (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in garden and lawn care
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety
  • A Demonstrated experience in a general lawn and garden care
  • General property handyman maintenance skills
  • An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites within the Buderim area as required,
  • A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
