The role:

As a Continuous Improvement Officer for Delivery Services Branch, you will support a continuous improvement program of work to enable positive change in eHealth Queensland's workstation management service provision through the coordination of quality, performance measurement, process development and process review activities.

You will contribute to a continuous improvement program across eHealth Queensland by ensuring relevant IT Service Management processes are developed and reviewed in line with best practice (e.g. ITSM, ITIL, ISO standards etc.) and integrate with each other to provide a consistent end to end service for customers, working alongside technical SMEs to seek opportunities for improvement and automation.

You will assist employees and management to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, matching business process with system requirements to ensure end-to-end alignment.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare required documentation identifying the current and future state of potential business improvements and facilitate approval by business owners for implementation.
  • Uses quality standards to review past performance, plan future areas of improvement activities and conduct quality and compliance audits and report on outputs.
