The Role

Airborne Surveillance Control and Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO), located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW and RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA, performs sustainment and major capability upgrades for the Air Forces fleet of E-7A Wedgetail and MC-55A Peregrine systems.

The Information & Records Management Officer is a key role in the Program Support Unit.

As an Information and Records Management Officer you will:

  • Develop and implement information and records management policies and procedures to achieve continuous improvement
  • Engage with stakeholders to adopt a codesign approach to document, review, and streamline records management processes in line with best practice and Defence policy
  • Be able to work autonomously and achieve outcomes in a fastpaced environment
  • Have a very good understanding of, and ability to communicate relevant records management legislation, policy and processes
  • Possess the knowledge and skills to manage Defence records through their entire lifecycle
  • Undertake records management, governance, and assurance activities.


The immediate position to be filled, is located at Williamtown, NSW, however, a merit list will be created for opportunities in other locations, should they arise.
