About the Role:


Drive best practice digital innovation and transform our capabilities by implementing new products supporting the lifecycle for materials management that will shape the future of our operations for the better.


As our Digital Product Line Lead, you will be our seasoned expert in mapping out the ultimate strategy and product roadmap that will deliver innovative solutions across our business.

In this role, you will be creating value by:

  • Collaborating with the Business Process Owner to identify and develop the Product Line strategy and to investigate technology opportunities and trends to ensure the Product Line achieves the defined business vision.
  • Working with different Product Technical Leads to ensure the full product lifecycle (ideation, technology selection, design, implementation, and support) across the relevant Product Line.
  • Executing strategic direction for the Product Line ensuring that collectively, the Products contribute to business needs and outcomes.
  • Translating business problems and challenges into high-level business needs and what new Products can be used to solve them.
  • Optimising resource allocation, clearing impediments and identifying ways to reallocate resources to solve product issues.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related IT field.
  • Extensive experience in Software Development, Microsoft.

NET platform, Oracle ERP, Azure Cloud Web & Mobile Application, within a leadership capacity.- A deep understanding of bauxite, alumina and alumnium processes and associated functions along with the technologies that support the business.- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Change Management, Applications Development, Resource Planning, Business Analysis, DevOps, and Cloud Integration.- A track record in problem solving and delivering targeted solutions.- Highly developed communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels.- Working knowledge of Digital Transformation solutions, Equipment Reliability, and Reliability Excellence practices.- Skilled in defining the strategy, vision creating a roadmap that will standardise workflows to optimise business systems.
