Job description

  • Primary task will be assisting our carpentry team on site. Helping to build Subfloors, frames, install cladding and building decks
  • Working on demolitions
  • Site cleans
  • Slab prepping and pouring
About us

BCT Group is an architectural design and construction company specialising in residential builds. Established in 2012, our primary focus is high end extensions and renovations mainly in the inner west and north. We build homes designed by our own architects and also externally designed.

We are stepping into the knock down re build market also with a pipeline of new builds on the horizon.


Our on site teams work on a build from start to finish, taking care of each stage from demo and base to frame, lockup up, fix and fit off.

You will get your hands on each stage which is a brilliant opportunity for continued learning, as well as the pride in completing an entire home.

Our office is located in Kingsville.

Our office based team comprises of architectural & interior design, estimating, contracts & permits, operations, accounts, finance & planning and communications & marketing whilst on site led by 2 project managers, project carpenters, qualified carpenters, apprentices, VCAL apprentices and laborers.

Overall team number is currently 35.

Must have set of tools and car.


Salary:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
