Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Call Centre Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team at one of Australia's best-known insurers.

As a Call Centre Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries or ROIs from potential customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls using warm leads to potential customers with the goal of selling our products or services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build rapport with customers and establish strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our products or services.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:


  • The willingness to work and a call centre sales or telemarketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- an understanding persuasive and effective negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using software systems.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Flexibility to work a varying roster between 7am 7:30pm
