    About the role

    :

    We have an exciting opportunity to support our Buying Team as a Buyer's Assistant Reporting into the Buyer for Skechers, you will be responsible for supporting the Skechers Buying Team in administrative operations.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Regular reporting including trade reporting and retail store reporting surrounding markdown lists, SKU reports, and exclusive product
  • Key and raise all buying department purchase orders
  • Manage EDI responses to bulk orders raised
  • Maintain all product hierarchy for the Skechers business
  • Ensure all product templates are raised in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain all buying team product handover presentations
  • Work with cross functional departments to ensure global release communications are executed in a timely manner
  • Prepare content for the Retail Team Communications Tool (Combi)
  • Raise and manage all markdowns and promotions in the system


    • To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and AP21
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Up to date with current trends in the market
