The Opportunity:

Our stockroom is the heart of our operations so as our next Stockroom Assistant (Inventory Control Assistant), your main aim is to manage the back of house and ensure it keeps ticking This includes managing the inventory for the store including shipping, receiving and returning merchandise, and cycle
- counting as well as ensuring that all processes are finished in a timely manner. You'll always be one-step ahead and can manage the constant change in priorities to meet the needs of the business and our clients.


Your key duties

  • Manage all stock movements in and out of the store
  • Complete all paperwork procedures that are necessary for the store to function promptly and accurately
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies in store
  • Assist with periodic stock takes in store

Skills and experience that you will apply

  • Stock or inventory experience in a multi serving retail environment
  • Ability to work at a fast pace where resilience is key
  • Experience using SAP is highly preferred
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and initiate process improvements
  • Suitable level of physical fitness as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weigh up to 20kgs.
  • An innate desire to help both internal and external customers
  • A commitment to working a seven day rotating shift roster including weekends, before and after store hours and evenings
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, can work independently but also have the ability to influence team members at all levels
