Trojan Recruitment Group are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters. These roles are for a navy defence maintenance contract located in Henderson

About the Role:

Mechanical maintenance on the Collins Class Navy Submarines
Immediate start
6+month assignment but strong possibility of extension and opportunity to transition permanent (based on performance and project requirements)
Pay rate $ $68..48 per/hr + super+ penalties (depending on classification level per/hr industry allowance
9day fortnight (RDO every second Friday).
Standard hours is 8.5day. At the moment guys are working 10hours.

Key Requirements:

Extensive mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environment
Trade Qualified Fitter
White Card
Current Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years).
Must be an Australian Citizen (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate)
Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) OR willing to obtain one.
Ability to pass 'fit for work' preemployment medical including regular D&A screens
Current Driver's Licence & reliable transport.
