An exciting career opportunity exists for an energetic, self-motivated, and highly organised team member to join our Support at Home Team located in the heart of Scarborough.


Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is to roster staff with our valued clients to provide at-home services.


The Customer Service Officer has a key role in providing a warm and positive experience for our staff and clients.

We aim to meet agreed timeframes, in line with the organisations SONA (Happiness) ethos, and Ballycara's Mission,Vision and Values.


Skills and Experiences:


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience using rostering systems, preferably in a Home Care environment.
  • Qualification in Human Services or Administration fields would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in Aged Care desirable
  • A skilled communicator both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated customer service experience (preferably telephonebased)
  • Proven skills in time management, multitasking and prioritising, whilst working effectively in a multifaceted team.
  • Intermediate administration skills and computer literacy
  • Kind, positive and compassionate
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate through BallyCara
