We are seeking a pre-sales administrator to setup and manage discovery meetings with our experts at the urban consulting group.
We have the best planning and training technology in the market after years of investment, and incredible visual communications and technology capabilities.
Your job will be to find the people from our large database, linked in, sales navigator and the web. Pre-qualify them as likely buyers by their role, company and situation. Make the connection and make the calls - then book the meetings.
You will be measured and rewarded by your ability to deliver new discovery or introductory meetings with old/previous clients and/or new clients.
You will make people feel respected and comfortable with delightful spoken and written English. You will be bold, polite and tenacious.
You will be contacting busy senior industry leaders and their support teams and you will give them a positive brand experience when they hear from you.
You can work from home anywhere you like. All the information is web-based and you will use our phones and/or phone numbers. If you are offshore, we supply VoIP. Our prospects maybe in Australia, New Zealand, UK or elsewhere.To list out the skills you will need in detail:
- Independently find new prospects by role and organisation. From our database, from linkedin, news articles and the web.
- Pre-qualify Question - Will they have budget.
- Do all the communications needed to get to a phone call.
- Make the call - talk to them. Handle the call. Build trust and quality brand experience. Manage the gatekeepers.
- Follow call scripts to pre-qualify.
- Get the discovery meeting.
- Get the team prepared for the discovery meeting. Make the agenda slide. Brief our staff for the meeting.
- Attend the discovery meeting and capture the minutes and next actions.
- Setup the next scoping meeting if they qualify.
- Repeat.
Requirements include:
years' experience in a similar sales administration role
- Good Microsoft skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner
- Speedy research skills
- Tenacious, professional and polite
Salary:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
