Cabrini Technology Group is a leading and fast growing independent provider of specialist technical services to the healthcare, government and enterprise sectors.

Cabrini Technology Group is a wholly owned division of Cabrini Health Limited which also owns and operates private hospitals, rehabilitation and palliative care facilities.

Cabrini Technology Group currently has a staff of around 500 located throughout Australia and New Zealand. It shares the mission and values of Cabrini Health Limited and operates as a not for profit organisation.


The successful applicant will be further trained in the necessary skills to process assistive technologies that are collected and delivered to the warehouse to determine suitability for ongoing use.

The position involves a full range of warehousing duties including picking, packing, loading and unloading vehicles, stock receipt, equipment assembly, cleaning, and inventory control.

Administration duties include assessing, cataloguing, and completing all relevant paperwork and database updates required as part of the collection process and also to ensure customer orders are accurately processed and prepared for despatch.

Some assistance with equipment delivery and collection would be required on an ad-hoc basis.

This equipment is predominately used throughout the community in aged care, rehabilitation and for supporting the disabled.

Examples of assistive technology includes powered and manual mobility aids (such as wheelchairs and electric scooters), hospital beds and operating tables, patient lifting equipment, alternating air mattress systems and patient transport and care equipment.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Basic mechanical assembly/repairs knowledge;
  • The ability to lift and move equipment (with appropriate lifting aids);
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite;
  • A current driver's licence;
  • Forklift license;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • An organised, proactive approach to work; the ability to prioritise tasks;
  • A friendly and caring approach.

A base salary, including the benefits of salary packaging, will be offered, dependent on relevant or similar industry experience.

Cabrini Technology Group is part of Cabrini Health Ltd.

Cabrini is a healthcare provider that is captured by the COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination requirements released by the Victorian government.

It is a condition of employment that all staff receive the required vaccines, unless they have a relevant medical exemption.

Vaccination evidence or evidence of a medical contraindication must be provided prior to commencement.


The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Police Check (employer cost), a Working with Children Check (employee cost) and NDIS Screening (employee cost).


Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
