- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure the delivery of safe and effective interventions.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected with client needs and contribute to direct service provision.
- Champion a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to service delivery, prioritising the needs and preferences of young individuals and their families.
- Recognised tertiary qualification in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical mental health service leadership, preferably in adolescent mental health.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to cultural safety and proficiency in working with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines in the youth mental health sector.
- Adherence to relevant legislative requirements, organisational policies, and professional standards.

About Us:
We are looking for a Program Manager to join a passionate team dedicated to providing exemplary mental health services to young people in the Northern Territory. We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Program Manager for the Early Psychosis service. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals and their families facing early psychosis challenges. As part of the headspace network, we operate within the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model of care, ensuring evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of individuals aged 12-25.
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical interventions and support services.
