- Manage all phases of affordable housing projects, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, labor, and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Oversee site operations, conduct regular inspections, and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and residents, to promote collaboration and community engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing affordable housing projects, preferably within the government sector.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
