The Position

Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation, whilst instilling a serviceminded approach within the food and beverage team
Manage and empower the team by providing them with the correct amount of support and development to optimise performance, deliver annual budget and facilitate growth
Achieve client and guest satisfaction by building productive and respectful relationships with internal and external clients
Implement and maintain WH&S procedures
Database management and assistance with administrative tasks

The Person

We'll expect you to bring a variety of hospitality experiences along with an entrepreneur spirit
