About the Role

Our client is seeking three Contact Centre Officers to join their team assisting in customer queries that come through and be the front-facing advocates for the organisation.

You will be required to use SAP and outlook, with thorough training around these systems provided on commencement.

Fulltime role:
Monday - Saturday rotating roster. Rotating starts with 5:30-2pm and 7-5pm which rotates and Saturdays 5:30-1pm. Three Saturday per month

Part time role:
Two roles. Monday-Friday. Rotating shifts of 6:30-11am or 12:30-4pm.

The role entails:

Answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
Maintaining consistent communication with different areas of the business
Ensuring safety, health and environment standards are maintained

Requirements:

Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to chat to lots of different partners and clients
Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Must be comfortable with coming into the new offices in Silverwater 56 days a week
Previous construction or building materials experience highly desirable
