For nearly six decades, Hardware & General has been a cornerstone of support for the building industry in Sydney.We are now in search of an Assistant Managers to join our Brookvale and Terrey Hills teams and contribute to the growth and success of our Building Supplies department.
Roles Overview:
As the Assistant Manager for Building Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our team, ensuring operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer service
Your responsibilities include:

Daily Department Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Building Supplies department.

Essential Building Supplies Experience: Prior experience in the Building Supplies sector is a requirement.

Team Leadership: Setting and maintaining high standards while leading and motivating the team.

Sales Leadership: Driving sales and achieving results within your designated area.

Customer Focus: Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Reporting directly to the department Manager, we're seeking a dedicated professional with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
