Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Documentation Management: Create, organize, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other relevant materials.
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely dissemination of information and updates.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating project resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Budget Tracking: Support the project team in monitoring project budgets and expenses, assisting with the preparation of financial reports and forecasts as required.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives, and collaborate with project managers to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards by conducting regular reviews and coordinating feedback and approvals.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining project databases and records.
Qualifications:
- Studying or recently completed a Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management or equivalent relevant trade.
- Certificate III in WHS.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or in supporting the delivery of project or capex programmes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
