1+ years worth of digital marketing experience
You understand performance marketing
An understanding of segmentation and automation

The hiring manager for this role is honestly one of the nicest in the business, but also clever and savvy when it comes to digital marketing.

You'll learn a lot, I promise.

It's a very autonomous environment and people enjoy freedom to develop and learn on the go - fair to say they fail fast and learn from their mistakes, and work in a pretty agile way.

The whole company enjoys a hybrid and flexible approach to WFH/Office.

Generally, you can expect to be 3 days in office and 2 days WFH but nothing is set in stone here.
